2.5 KYC Verification. k8k may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. k8k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. k8k reserves the right to adjust these minimums with reasonable notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when KYC verification is pending.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the k8k account. k8k reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. 6.1 Game Outcomes. All k8k Casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by k8k or any player.
